Horse Photography

The art of horse photography is capturing the essence of a horse and preserving it on paper. That is no small task.

Horses are the embodiment of wind. They have the agility of a deer. Yet the strength to carry a man all day. A sentinent being who willing shares life's secretes with us.

To capture the agility and strength or display the gentle nature of a horse in a picture takes great talent.

Whether you are a horseman wanting to immortalize your favorite horse in picture or an author looking for photographs to illustrate you book, finding the right photogrpaher is paramount.

If you are looking for such a horse photographer I recommend Darlene Wohlart who took the picture I used for the cover of my book Olympic Gold for Cat and Toby. Sharon
